JFM Report Documents: Our inspectors utilize the most current, state of the art, portable Pen-Tablet PC technology during our inspections to produce the most easy to read, user-friendly report in the industry. You never have to worry about Carbon Copy Reports which are difficult to read or Post-Typed Report Summaries that are difficult to follow. We utilize a superior reporting system coupled with the use of color laser technology to produce the most easy to read Report Summary available. In addition, we have the ability to incorporate countless photographs within the Report (see Sample Report Summary Below) for a better understanding of the issues being presented. The following documents are available for review. These files make up a small portion of the full hard copy Home Inspection Report produced by JFM for each job. Our final product is a 3-ring binder filled with your home inspection report information as well as other valuable information, including a Homeowner's Handbook entitled "How To Operate Your Home" or equivalent, valuable home maintenance information, a home renovation cost table, a Guide to Selecting a Contractor, an environmental supplement and a wet basement supplement (all of these report items may not be available at all JFM office locations - ask your inspector what is included in the final report). In addition, JFM now offers an electronic deliverables only package that offers .pdf deliverables via Email of the home inspection findings for a discounted rate.
